摘要
文章在简述现有区域科技活动差异文献的基础上,运用Theil系数测算了1990-2005年我国科技投入、科技论文产出、专利产出的区域差异变动。结果表明我国科技投入区域差异变动呈现倒U型曲线,科技论文产出区域差异呈现平稳波动状态,专利产出区域差异变动呈现S型曲线。
Based on a review of the existing literature on technology regional differences, the paper measures the regional differences of the scientific and technological inputs, technology paper output, patent output from 1990 to 2005 using the Theil coefficient. Then the paper conducts an integrated analysis into the three variables. The result shows that the regional differences change in the input area takes the shape of reverse U-curve, the regional differences change in the paper output area shows flat fluctuations and the regional differences change in the patent output takes the shape of S-curve.
