摘要 多数服务行业属于"快速模仿"行业,其服务创新很难得到有效保护。竞争对手的模仿,将极大损害创新者的积极性。本文对西方学者关于服务企业如何保护其创新的相关研究的两种基本范式:产业经济学中的市场进入次序优势理论和创新经济学中的独占性理论,分别做了简单综述,以期抛砖引玉,推动理论界对此问题的研究。 Most service industries are characterized by quick imitation, which makes it hard to protect the service innovation. Competitors' imitation harms seriously innovator's enthusiasm. In this paper, we review two paradigms with which foreign researchers study how the service enterprises protect their innovation, i.e. market order advantage in industry organization theory and appropriability theory in innovation economics.
