摘要
通过加入水淬过的微晶玻璃和B4C进行复合,通过气氛烧结和调整工艺流程,获得析晶枪晶石,提高其烧结性能,复合材料的断裂韧性达到4.22 MPa.m1/2,且不降低B4C的物理性能。
B4C ceramics have the advantage of high hardness. However, B4C is very difficult to sinter. In this study, we prepared the glass-ceramic frit by water quenching, and then we made the composite of B4C/Alkali calcium-silicon glass-ceramic. Through the protection of N2 atmosphere and the adjustment of the sintering process, we got the cuspidite crystal. By this method we can improve sintering performance. The fracture toughness of composite materials can be increased to 4.22 MPa · m1/2 while the physical properties of B4C will not be reduced.
