介绍了针织用短纤维的特殊要求,有针对性地开发了ZW115型和DN445型针织专用涤纶短纤维。ZW115型涤纶短纤维疵点少,强度CV、伸长CV值低,特别适合加工针织用纱。DN445型涤纶短纤维是一种抗起毛起球、吸湿排汗型的功能性短纤维,该纤维加工的针织物,吸湿导湿性好、透气性佳,抗起毛起球达到4.5级。
The special requirements of PET staple fiber used in knitting industry were introduced. The type ZW115 and type DN445 knit use PET staple fibers were developed. The ZW115 PET staple fiber with less defects and lower CV of strength and elongation was suited especially for knitting. The DN445 was an anti-pilling, moisture absorbing and sweat tansport functional PET staple fiber. The knitting fabrics made from DN445 fiber possessed good moisture absorbing and transmission, air permeation and its anti-pilling property reached grade 4.5.
