摘要
探讨了将日本村田No.741拉伸卷绕机改装后生产民用高强丝的可行性及技术特点。通过去掉预过滤器及纺丝甬道上方导丝器,加装张力架,增加GR1热辊粗糙度等设备改造措施,以及调整纺丝工艺,成功纺制强度为6.7 cN/dtex的涤纶高强丝。
The feasibility and technical characteristic of Murata No.741 draw-winding machine manufaetur-ing high strength filaments were discussed. The 6.7cN/dtex high strength PET filaments were produced successfully via removal of melt prefilter and guide above spinning channel, mounting up tension devie and increasing roughness of GR1 heat godets as well as adjusting spinning process.
