混凝土小型砌块在使用中,由于冬夏气温变化造成的热胀冷缩,使建筑物各部位产生不一样的应变,进而产生墙体裂缝.以及地基下沉、墙体材料品质参差不齐、施工方法不完善等原因均会造成墙体的开裂.针对不同的原因产生的墙体开裂,分析其严重程度,从设计阶段就开始预防,并在施工过程中从材料采购、进场准备、施工操作等环节层层把关,将裂缝产生的可能降至最低.并在项目的使用过程中合理加载,正确使用.达到杜绝裂缝的最终目的.

When the concrete small hollow block is being used, because of the expansion caused by heat and contraction caused by cold during temperature change between summer and winter, different strain caused by each part of building, then the wall crack come into being. And the sinking of substructure, using the inferior material of masonry wall, construction techniques is not good enough, and so on, all these reason could make the crack. Aim at that different reason could make the crack, analyzing its serious degree, we should prevent it in design phase, hold the pass of material purchase, preliminary work for construction,operation etc. when it is in work progress. And use the building accurately ,so we can stop the crack ultimately.
