蒜头果叶挥发油提取工艺及其成分分析研究 被引量:6

摘要 利用超临界CO_2萃取法(SFE)对蒜头果叶挥发油进行了提取及其工艺探索,并利用气相色谱一质谱法对挥发油中化合物成分进行了分析.结果表明:SFE法的最佳工艺条件为萃取压力32 MPa,温度45℃;分离Ⅰ压力10 MPa,温度35℃;分离Ⅱ压力6 MPa,温度35℃,在此条件下进行萃取挥发油,收率为0.72%;鉴定出5种成分,占总含量的98.75%,未鉴定1种,其中含量最高的为扁桃腈,相对含量64.98%,其次为苯甲醛,相对含量13.12%. Supercritical fluid extraction(SFE) to extract essential oils from leaves of Malania oleifera was investigated. The chemical composition of the extracted oil was analyzed by GCMS. The results showed. The optimum SFE technology conditions were as follows : 32 MPa on extraction pressure, 45℃ at extraction temperature, l0 MPa on separation I pressure, 35℃ at separation I ,6 MPa on separation I pressure and 35℃ separation I temperature. The extracted oil yield was 0. 72% under this condition. The five compound which the total content was 98.75% in the essential oil extracted by SFE was identified and one was unidentified, and which the highest relative content was mandelonitrile (64.98%) and the next one was benzaldenhyde(13. 12%).
