摘要
食品工程原理课程设计是培养学生工程素质和实践能力的重要教学环节,本文讨论了食品工程原理课程设计教学过程中存在的一些问题,对提高课程设计质量的措施进行了探索.
Food engineering principle course design is an important teaching link for cultivating student's engineering quality and practice ability. Some problems existed in the teaching process of Food engineering principle course design are discussed, and some measures are explored to enhance the quality of course design.
