Deepening curriculum teaching reform and practice of wood science for driving specialty construction

研究了"木材学"课程的教学改革与实践,其教学改革与实践的主要经验为:因"材"施教;加强实验、实践环节,推进独立设课;加强木材识别与鉴定的专业训练;参与科学研究,培养创新能力;建立校外实习基地——红木文化馆;建立木材学网站,丰富扩充资料.最后,总结木材学教学实践与改革的主要成效及其在木材科学与工程专业建设中的的带动作用.

The curriculum teaching reform and practice of wood science was studied in the paper and the reform experience was as follows setting up experiment as an independent course in order to strengthen the practical ability of students enhancing the professional training of wood identifying improving the innovation ability of students through science research establishing the pactising base named Guangxi Hong Mu Culture Museum building the wood sicence network equipped with all kinds of wood information. In the end, the achievement of curriculum teaching reform was summarized as well as its leading role in the speciality construction of wood science and project.
