摘要
当前,高等职业院校学生普遍存在认同感不足的问题,表现为学校认同感、教师认同感和自我认同感不足等三方面;从而导致学生职业规划目标不够明确,学习信心不足,就业信心不足等问题.高职院校应该采取措施提升学生积极认同感.本文通过对调查问卷数据进行对比研究,重点分析了学校认同感、教师认同感和自我认同感,试图得出结论:树立积极的认同感会对高职院校学生发展带来积极影响.并针对问题本质提出了积极提升认同感的教育措施:"三个树立"二个宣传"和"一个展示".
At present ,the students in the vocational college have the common matters of the absence of self-identity ,which includes the absence of self-identity of the school ,the absence of the self-identity of their teachers and themselves. Thereby, they are in the trouble of ambiguity of their career ,low confidence of their study and employment foreground and etc. So in the aim of the improvement of students' development, measures should be taken to advance students' positive self-identity. In the dissertation, we studied the data of our investigation. Finally, we bring forward the instruction measures of how tO improve students' self-identity. The measures are "the build-up in three aspects',"the propagation of two sections" and "one setting-out".
