An Investigation and Analysis on the State of Talent Resources in Sports Circle in Hainan

对海南省体育系统各类、各层次体育人才进行了广泛深入的调研,对各类体育人才在年龄分布、学历结构、专业状况和职务或职称等级等方面的情况进行了分析评价,以调整体育人才结构为主线,为造就一支与海南省社会经济发展相适应、数量充足、结构合理、素质优良的体育人才队伍提供科学决策依据。

The text, on the base of extensive and deep investigation of all kinds of sports talent resources at every level in sports circle in Hainan, analyses the concrete condition of sports talent resources in such aspects as age distribution, structure of educational background, professional state, post or professional qualification and so on. The purpose of this investigation and analysis is to provide scientific evidence for decision making in adjusting the composition of sports talent resources to bring up an abundant and well-structured sports talent team with superior quality, which conforms with social and economic development of Hainan.
