Triple Rational Implications of DENG Xiao-ping's Thought on Reform and Opening-Up

邓小平改革开放思想不仅使中国经济社会发展体制上的诸多弊病得以革除,而且还使中国的发展态势与全球化这一世界性的历史洪流交融汇集。从哲学理性的视角看,其改革开放的思想至少涵涉三重理性意蕴:一是以"崇实尚行、试错创新"为要旨的实践理性意蕴;二是以"对话沟通、和而不同"为意旨的交往理性意蕴;三是以"功用效果、民心向背"为判据的实用理性意蕴。实践理性意蕴表征了中国社会主义的发展道路从依赖型到自主型的跃迁,交往理性意蕴揭明了中国社会主义的发展态势从孤立型到开放型的转变,而实用理性意蕴则彰显了中国社会主义发展模式从先验理想型到经验实在型的嬗变。

Not only did the great strategy of DENG Xiao-ping＇ s reform and opening-up enable many systemetic disadvantages abolished in Chinese social development, but also resulted in the integration of China＇ s development trend and the globalization, a worldwide historic torrent. From the angle of rational philosophy, his reform and opening-up thought contains at least three rational implications. One implication is practical rationality with ＂esteeming facts and practices, trial-and-error innovations＂ as its essence; the other is communicative rationality with ＂dialogue communication and agreeing to disagree＂ as its intention of communication; and the third implication is pragmatic rationality with ＂function and effect, public support＂ as its criterion. Practical rationality implication represents the transition of China＇ s socialist development path from dependence mode to self-determination mode; communicative rationality implication indicates the transformation of China＇ s socialist development trend from isolated to open-type ; pragmatic rationality implication demonstrates the evolution of China＇ s socialist development pattern from transcendental ideal type to empirical realistic type.
