我国资产证券化的现状与发展对策

Current Situation and Relevant Strategies of China's Assets Securitization

当前,我国资产证券化存在着投资主体单一、银行实行证券化意愿不强烈以及相关法律金融制度不完善等问题。从我国资产支持证券市场的现状和存在的问题可知,制约资产证券化发展的主要是制度因素和市场因素。论题提出了促进资产支持证券市场发展的对策和建议。

At present, Chinese securitization has been confronted with problems such as monotonous investment mainstay, banks＇ lack of strong desire for securitization and imperfection of corresponding laws, financial rules and regulations. From current situation of asset backed security market, it can be found that institutional and market factors mostly constrain assets securitization. Accordingly, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to facilitate the development of asset backed security market.
