摘要
提高材料利用率、生产效率、锻件精度,是闭式模锻工艺和设计中需要解决的主要问题。通过采用自由锻锤制坯—扩孔机预成形—摩擦压力机闭式模锻的复合锻造工艺,充分利用了几种锻压工艺的优点,合理地安排锻造工艺,实现了汽车后桥从动齿轮锻件的闭式模锻;与传统模锻工艺相比,节约原材料约17.5%,在技术、经济上都取得了良好的效果。
Productivity and precision are the principal problems to be solved in forging technology and design in order to increase the material utilization rate. A compound forging method for automobile transaxle driven gear was applied. The blank part was formed on flatdie hammer, its intermediate shape was formed by staving press and its finished shape was formed by friction press. This method extracts merits for the three forging technologies according to the reasonable operation arrangements. Compared to the traditional die forging method, 17. 5%material is saved. A good result is achieved on the aspects of technology and economy.
