摘要
直壁件的多道次增量成形工艺路径繁琐,参数设置复杂。为了达到壁厚均匀性原则的要求,提高成形极限,提出将多道次成形思想融入挖槽加工中,设计了用普通挖槽方式加工筒形件的实验,并进行了成形分析。在此基础上,通过对自动编程挖槽NC程序的补充和修改,分散下刀点,在壁厚薄弱位置增加抬刀,成形出半径30 mm、深度27 mm且变形较均匀的筒形件。
The multistage incremental forming of vertical wall cylinder always has the characteristics of fussy forming path and complicated parameters setting. In order to achieve uniform thickness of fleet parts and also to improve the forming limit the theory of multistage incremental forming was added into the pocket forming, and the experiment was designed to form vertical wall cylinder parts with normal pocket forming. After amending the NC program of pocket forming, dispersing the tool location and increasing the cutter lifting, a vertical wall cylinder with radius of 30mm, depth of 27mm and uniform thickness was formed.
