摘要
对不同热轧生产工艺条件的镀锡板表面氧化铁皮进行了对比试验。结果表明:由于热轧装备条件的改善,所生产的热轧镀锡板,其表面氧化铁皮厚度由原来的6-13μm减薄至4-7μm,酸洗性能也明显提高;与MR-2相比,由于MR-3在CT 680℃高温卷取,MR-3氧化铁皮厚度较厚,氧化铁皮相变反应析出更强烈,析出的Fe3O4-Fe共晶组织明显增多;粗轧出口温度RT 1010-969℃,进行较低温度轧制时,随着轧制温度的降低,氧化铁皮厚度略有减薄。
Effects of different hot rolling processes on tinplate strip surface scale microstructure were investigated. The results indicate that the thickness of the surface oxided scale is reduced from 6 - 13 μm to 4 - 7 μm for the improvement of rolling mill and the pickling quality of the strip is improved; compared MR-3 with MR-2, the MR-3 tinplate strip is coiled with the higher coiling temperature of CT 680 ℃, the thickness of the MR-3 scale is thicker, and more mixtures of Fe304-Fe eutectoid are formed in MR-3 scale; with lower rolling temperature, such as the finishing rough rolling temperature of RT 1010 - 969 ℃, the thinner scale is formed when the temperature is being reduced.
