The Public Service Facilities Planning of Harmonious Residential Area

和谐社会是人类追求的共同目标,它是住区和谐的保障,而和谐住区是和谐社会的基础。但是,随着住房由计划经济下的"产品"向市场经济下的"商品"的转变,围绕住区配建公共设施的矛盾日益严重。本文针对住区公共设施配置的现状和存在的问题,探讨对其改善和管理的对策,以期提出有效可行的技术性建议。

A harmonious society is the goal for people and the support to a harmonious residential area. While the harmonious residential area is the basis of the society. However,with the transformation of housing from product in the planned economy to merchandise in the market economy, more and more conflicts about public facilities arise. The article analyses the the promlems in the current situation,then discusses some proposals to promote the management and the planning of the public service facilities.
