影响烧碱三效逆流降膜蒸发真空度的因素探讨

摘要 介绍了三效逆流降膜工艺烧碱浓缩装置的优缺点,分析了影响系统真空度的因素,并提出了装置实际运行的真空度控制和改进措施,包括提高冷却水的流量、压力和温差,提高设备和管路的密闭性能,维护真空泵的正常运行等。系统真空度控制在90~92kPa时,装置的每吨碱的汽耗为0.520t。 The merits and demerits of triple-effect countercurrent falling-film evaporating caustic soda plant are introduced, factors affect the vacuum degree of the system are analyzed. Measures to control and improve the vacuum degree in operation are put forward. That is, improve the flow, pressure and temperature of the cooling water, increase the stopping property of the equipment and pipelines, and maintain the normal operation of vacuum pumps, etc. When vacuum degree of the system is about 90~92 kPa, the steam consumption per ton of the device will be 0.520 t.
