摘要
为了实现多路通信设备的数字化,需将微波元器件和数字电路结合起来。该文研制的L波段选频器就是这种新型微波器件,由2位TTL逻辑电平控制4个滤波器的通断。将每个滤波器设计为4级介质带通滤波器,分析了PIN二极管的开关特性,提出了改善隔离度的方案。最后用相对介电常数rε=88的介质陶瓷、1N4148二极管和74LS139译码器等制作了实物,并进行了测试,测试结果与理论设计相吻合。
In order to realize multichannel communication devices digitalization,it is necessary to combine microwave component with digital circuit. A frequency selector in L Band developed is a new microwave device, which the state of ON and OFF of filters is controlled by 2-bit TTL logic level. Each filter is designed as a 4 pole dielectric bandpass filter, the property of PIN diode was analyzed ,a schema of improving isolation had been put forward. Finally , the frequency selector has been made by dielectric ceramics with εT = 88 , IN4148 didoes and 74LS139 decodes, etc. and measured. The result is coincided with the design.
