摘要
由于历史和文化传统差异以及政治、财政与教育管理体制的不同,中法两国的农村义务教育现行财政体制有许多不同之处,如投资主体,投资重心,责任分工以及对义务教育的态度等。
Due to different backgrounds of history and culture, political, financial and educational management system, the current financial systems of rural compulsory education between France and China have many differences, such as the subjects of investment, core of investment, the division of responsibility and the attitude of compulsory education.
