据我国政府公关现状来看,政府机构及其工作人员的公关意识较为淡薄是我们目前急需解决的主要问题。因此,必须提高公务员关于政府公共关系观念中的主体观念来改善我国政府公共关系现状。政府公共关系观念中关于主体的观念,主要包括政府"自我"观念、形象观念、质量观念、服务观念、真诚观念。

According to China＇s current situation of government public relations, goversment agencics＇and their staff＇s awareness of public relations is relatively weak. It is the main issue to resolve urgently. Therefore, to ameliorate the current state of public relations of Chinese government, wc must raise the civil servants＇concept of government public relations conccrning main concepts, which includes the concept of ＂ self＂ , the concept of image, the concept of quality, the concept of service and the concept of faith.
