本文对Macha编译码器在野外生产中出现的编码器远程点火失控、译码器无法测量井口和雷管、无法引爆雷管及译码器无任何反应等故障进行了描述。并通过对控制电路及音频电路的分析,找到了这些故障的症结所在,给出了实用的解决方法,为野外顺利生产提供了保证。

The paper described such troubles as out of control of encoder remote firing, incapable to measure uphole and caps and to detonate the caps by decoder, and without any reaction of decoder. The causes of the troubles were found after analyzing the control circuit and audio frequency circuit, and practical solution was given, providing guarantee for successful field production.
