基于美国纽约经济发展部《港口设施维修管理系统-检测指导手册.1999.10)》,简要介绍美国纽约港口设施维修管理系统的组成,详细介绍美国纽约港口设施检测程序标准化实施的相关内容,提出一些有关我国码头检测维修管理的建议。

Based on the Waterfront Facilities Maintenance Management System： Inspection Guidelines Manual prepared by New York City Economic Development Corporation, we give a brief description of the components of the Waterfront Facilities Maintenance Management System in New York, the U.S., and introduce in detail the inspection program standards of waterfront facilities. In addition, we present some suggestions on inspection of waterfront facilities in China.
