摘要
本文以胡杨花粉为材料,研究其提取物清除DPPH.自由基的作用。探索不同提取方法、不同条件、不同溶剂对花粉提取物清除DPPH.自由基能力的影响。结果表明,用60%的乙醇溶液作为提取溶剂,选用超声微波协同萃取法提取30min,得到的胡杨花粉提取液清除DPPH.自由基效果最佳。
Populus euphratica Oliv pollen were used to study the scavenging DPPH free radical ability of it's pollen extraction at different extraction methods, different conditions and in different solvents. The results showed that with 60% of ethanol as solvent extraction, ultrasonic - microwave synergistic extraction for 30 mins, the ability of scavenging DPPH free radical was best.
