摘要
老年人作为一个特殊的社会群体,生理和心理方面都具有一定的特殊性.因此,老年人住宅建设须考虑规划设计、室内设计和物业管理等方面的诸多因素.
As a special social group, the elderly people have particularities in physiology and psycholosy. According to this situation, the paper points out that people should take into aeeount planning desisn, interior desisn and estate management when building residential areas.
