280凸轮轴采用贝氏体球铁材质的可行性研究

摘要 按照280凸轮轴化学成分和技术性能要求,对贝氏体球铁材质进行了多项试验。试验结果初步表明,贝氏体球铁基本能够达到280凸轮轴的设计性能要求。凸轮轴实物尚需进行柴油机试验台运转试验和装车运行试验。如贝氏体球铁可取代20Cr制作280凸轮轴,不仅可改善凸轮轴疲劳磨损状况,还可降低生产成本,取得明显的经济效益。 This paper presents the tests of bainite nodular cast iron as material for manufacturing Type 280 camshafts.The tests were conducted as per chemical composition of Type 280 camshaft and its technical speclfications.The initial results show that the bainite nodular cast iron basically meets the design speclflcatlons for Type 280 camshafts.However,camshafts specimens still need performing a test run on a teststand fordiesel engines and then an In-service test run.If the bainite nodular ironcould be employed to manufacture Type 28o camshafts instead of 20Crsteel,It would improve the fatigue wearing performance, reduce costs,andachieve considerable economical benefits.
