美国对华直接投资与中美贸易失衡问题研究

Studies on American FDI and Sino-US Trade Imbalance

随着中美贸易迅速发展,两国贸易摩擦不断加剧,与此同时,美国在华直接投资额也呈上升趋势。该文通过实证分析得出美国对华直接投资引起中美贸易的顺差,并从美资企业投资动机和投资过程中产生的效应分析了中美贸易失衡的原因,最后提出促进我国本土经济发展应采取的具体措施。

Trade-dissension has sometimes been accompanied with the expedite development of the Sino-US trade. At the same time, American FDI shows a rising trend. Based on the data of American FDI, Sino-US export and import from 1984 to 2005 has been risen up. This essay finds that American FDI is one of the reason that can cause the trade surplus. Further more, by analyzing the motivation and effects of FDI, the author finds some explanations of why FDI may cause the rising of trade surplus. Finally, some advices in the last part may help improve the economy in China.
