Interaction Between Local Government and Universities to Promote Economy

地方经济可持续发展要求地方政府与高校合作,合作的基础是利益诱导。在分析了地方政府与高等学校行为目标差异的基础上,用一个抽象的组合支持理论模型,说明了两者互动行为选择,为推动地方经济发展提供了一种新思路。

Sustainable development of regional economy requires the eooperation between the loeal government and university, while the cooperation is based on the inducement of interest. In this article, on the basis of analyzing the interest objective of the local government and university, the choice of the local government＇s behavior was illustrated by bringing forward a model of interest objective based combined promption, which provides a new idea for sustainable development of regional economy.
