摘要
叙述了C级钢(ZG25MnCrNiMo)铸件用呋喃树脂自硬砂试验产生裂纹的问题,并通过对比试验探索了消除裂纹的方法。提出用铸造高温力学的思路来分析裂纹产生的原因,最终找到了防止铸造裂纹产生的有效途径。
The paper presents the problems of cracks in C grade steelZG25MnCrNiMo)castings resulted from the use of furane resin self-hard ening sand. The methods of elimlnating cracks are investigated by way of contrast experiments The author suggests that the principle of casting high temperature mechanics be used to analyse the cause and effect of the cracks and finds out an effective solution of preventing casting cracks.
