摘要
对四种不同培养条件下白桫椤(Sphaeropteris brunoniana)配子体的形态发育进行了观察,发现培养于腐殖质土和赤红土两种基质上的配子体,原叶体形态和有性繁殖均存在差异;培养于改良的knop′s琼脂培养基上,不同的光照条件下的配子体在丝状体和原叶体阶段形态也差异很大。
Gametophyte morphology of Sphaeropteris brunoniana .under four culture conditions were investigated. Results showed that the gametophytes cultured on humus soil and crimson soil were different in the shape of the prethallus and sexual reproduction. On the other hand, the shape of filament and prethallus of the gametophytes cultured on improved Knop＇s agar medium were also quite different under different illuminations.
