中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病48例临床观察

Clinical observation on diabetic renopathy treated with combination of traditional chinese and western medicines

目的观察黄芪注射液静点及同时应用胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法随机选取我院糖尿病肾病病人70例,其中48例糖尿病病人,采用黄芪注射液静点,同时应用胰岛素皮下注射治疗。22例糖尿病肾病病人单用胰岛素治疗。治疗前后的尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐、尿蛋白检测结果的变化情况。结果中西医结合治疗后,尿微量白蛋白、血肌酐、尿蛋白均明显下降(P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液同时应用胰岛素治疗糖尿病肾病有很好疗效。

injection and Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of Diabetic Renopathy by intravenous Astragalus Insulin. Methods Select 70 cases of Diabetic Renopathy patients in our hospital at random, take intravenous astragalus injection and simultaneity take insulin hypodermic injection for 48 cases of them. Treat 22 of them only with insulin, to observe the changing of measurement results on microalbunminuria （MAU）, serum creatinine and urine albumen before and after treatment. Results shows that after treating by combination of Chinese medicine and Western medicine, microalbunminuria （ MAU）, serum creatinine and urine albumen are all declined O h bviously （P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion Conclusions take intravenous astragalus injection and simultaneity take insulin ypodermic injection has well effect on treating Diabetic Renopathy.
