高性能无铬黄牛汽车革的试验工艺 被引量:4

摘要 采用清洁准备工段技术片段集成,如保毛脱毛、低灰低硫、无氨脱灰、少盐浸酸等作为黄牛汽车革制造过程。多种有机鞣剂进行复合结合鞣,保证较高的收缩温度和物理力学性。工艺中对无铬鞣产品的其他品质和加工要求也进行了考虑。根据试验工艺获得的黄牛汽车革产品经检测,抗张强度为23·8MPa;撕裂强度为97·8N/mm;收缩温度为97·4℃。 The cleaning technologies were used in producing the cattle car leather, such as hair saving unhairing, liming in low - lime and low - sulfide, deliming without ammonium salt, soaking in low - salt etc. Several organic tanning agents were combined and applied in the tanning process to obtain high shrinkage temperature and high mechanical properties. Some other properties that non - chrome leathers should have were also taken into account in this process. It shows that the resultant leather has good properties: tensile strength is 23.8MPa, tearing strength is 97.8N/mm, shrinkage temperature is 97.4℃.
