二氧化锆微球键合8-羟基喹啉固定相的合成及其应用

摘要 以二氧化锆微球为担体,通过Mannich反应在二氧化锆微球上键合8-羟基喹啉,得到用于痕量金属富集分离的固定相,对该固定相的键合金属离子能力进行了研究。以合成的二氧化锆微球键合8-羟基喹啉形成金属螯合固定相,用作微柱流动注射(FIA)在线分离、富集和电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)分析流程中的固定相,对海水中的痕量铅和铬进行了在线分析,得到了较满意的结果。 A new method for the synthesis of 8 - hydroxyquinoline ( 8 - HQ) bonded ZrO2 composition microspheres ( Zr - HQ), as a metal chelating agent, was developed by Mannich reaction, with ZrO2 as the carrier. The dynamic binding capacities of the Zr - HQ towards copper ( Ⅱ ) were measured by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry ( ICP - MS). The prepared Zr - HQ was used for measuring trace lead and Cr in seawater and estuary water samples using on - line flow injection (FIA) - ICP -MS. And the result is satisfactory.
