摘要
采用多级浸取法测定汽车内饰皮革中的甲醛。正交试验结果表明,影响皮革中甲醛浸取的主次顺序分别为:浸取次数>浸取温度>料液比>浸取时间,各因素间的交互作用对测定结果影响较小;最佳测定条件为:以阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基磺酸钠作浸取助剂,浸取温度50℃、浸取时间90min、皮革与浸取液质量比1∶100、浸取次数3次。
A method was developed for the determination of formaldehyde in automobile inner decoration leather by the multiple extractions. Orthogonal experimental results show that the sequence of the influence factors on leaching of formaldehyde in leather are extracting times 〉 leaching temperature 〉 the weight ratio of leather to leaching liquid 〉 leaching time, the interaction between this factors has quite minor effect on the result of the experiment. The optimum extraction conditions are as follow: the leaching temperature is 50 ℃ , the leaching time is 90 min, the weight ratio of leather to leaching liquid is 1 : 100, and the extracting times is 3 , using water as extractant and anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate as leaching assistant.
