磁共振波谱及其在癫痫临床研究中应用 被引量:1

摘要 磁共振波谱成像是21世纪生物医学研究进入分子水平的重要检测工具之一,它对各种严重疾病具有早期诊断和疗效监控能力。磁共振波谱是一种无创性检测脑癫痫灶内各种代谢物变化的方法,为癫痫的早期诊断提供很好的帮助,并且能够评价抗癫痫药物的疗效,应用于癫痫的神经生物学的研究中。
