摘要 由于肺组织无再生能力,肺疾病的治疗成为棘手的问题。目前认为骨髓源性干细胞(bone marrow derived stem cell)能定向分化成为肺组织细胞,将骨髓源性干细胞移植入损伤的肺组织,通过诱导剂使其向肺泡上皮细胞分化,从而产生肺泡组织。这是一种很有前途的治疗手段,但目前尚处于研究的初级阶段。现对骨髓干细胞移植在各种肺疾病模型中的应用进行综述。 Because lung tissues have no the capacity of regeneration, it is difficult to cure for lung diseases. At present, it is known that bone marrow derived stem cells are able to differentiate into lung tissue cells directionally, bone marrow derived stem cells are engrafted into the injured lung tissues ,and induced to differentiate into alveolar epithelial cells, and further develop alveolar tissue. This is a promised therapeutic tool, but it still is the basal research stage. Now we will review engraftment of bone marrow derived stem cell in various kinds of lung disease model.
