两种生长因子联合应用对大鼠缺血皮瓣成活的影响 被引量:1

摘要 血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)可调节血管生长中的内皮细胞外基质溶解和内皮细胞迁移、增生及管腔形成。碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)能够诱导内皮细胞萌芽、增殖,增加血管通透性。二者按一定方式联合使用能否起到促血管生长的协同作用?为此,笔者将二者联合应用,观察其对大鼠缺血皮瓣血供恢复及血管重建的影响。
