封闭负压引流技术在烧伤创面的应用进展 被引量:16

摘要 伤口负压治疗是近十几年来提出并开展的新方法,它包括1993年德国外科医师Fleischmann等最先提出的封闭负压引流(vacuum sealing drainage,VSD)及1997年美国外科医师Argenta和Morykwas。首创的封闭负压辅助闭合(vacuum-assisted closure,VAC)2项关键技术。两者原理相同(即封闭负压吸引)、作用机制相近,但在选材、方法与适应证等方面存在差异。
