摘要 目的:观察血脂康对高脂饲料喂养大鼠主动脉结构的影响。方法:SD大鼠高脂饲料造模,同时血脂康灌胃,实验6周后,取主动脉常规制备标本,用光镜、透射电镜和扫描电镜观察。结果:血脂康组内皮缺损较少,偶见单核细胞黏附,弹性膜断裂现象不明显,未见纤维母细胞样平滑肌细胞。透射电镜下可见内皮细胞的线粒体肿胀空泡变,内皮下层较厚,可见平滑肌细胞向内膜下迁移倾向;弹性膜有断裂,较模型组轻;扫描电镜下内皮细胞肿胀轻,细胞轮廓清楚,细胞表面血小板黏附现象少见,内皮损伤形成的残基小。结论:血脂康可减轻高脂饲料喂养大鼠主动脉的损伤。 Objective: To investigate the effects of Xue Zhi Kang on the aortal structure in rats with long-term high fat forage diet. Methods : SD rats were divided into three groups : normal control group, model group and Xue Zhi Kang group. Rats in the Xue Zhi Kang group were fed with high fat forages and intragastric administration with Xue Zhi Kang each day. 6 weeks later, the aortas of the rats were observed by light microscope, transmission electron microscope (TEM) and scanning electron microscope (SEM). Results : In the Xue Zhi Kang group, the aortic endothelial cell injury and monocyte adhesion were less observed by light microscope than those in the model group. No broken elastic lamina and proliferated smooth muscle cells were observed. Under TEM, the ultrastructures of the aorta in the Xue Zhi Kang group rats showed less pathologic changes. The mitochondria of endothelial cells exhibited swelling and vacuole degeneration. The subendothelial layer was thicker than that in normal control group. Smooth muscle cells intruded into the subendothelial layer. The elastic lamina was less broken than that in the model group. SEM observation showed the endothelial cells swelling and cell outline clear. Also, there were less adhesion of the platelets and relics of endothelial cells damnified. Conclusion ~ Xue Zhi Kang could lighten injury of the aorta in rats induced with long-term high fat forage diet.
