摘要
四方厂在25型客车上采用通长侧墙板纵向下料组焊工艺,使车体钢结构侧墙平整度基本达到了小于或等于1mm/m的技术要求。
Sifang Works adopted the whole length longitudinal preparation of side wall panel and the assembling welding technology,to make the evenness degree of side wall on steel structure of carbody basically attaining the technical requirement of less than or equal to 1 mm/m,and overcame the technically critical problem which is hard to be resolved in passenger car manufacturing works.
