摘要
分析旅客列车车轮擦伤的原因，提出四点解决措施：加装防滑器、制定机车操纵技术标准、调整全列客车制动率及采用机车常用制动自停装置。
The causes to wheel scoring on the passenger train are analyzed,and four settlement measures are given:to mount WSP,to draft technical standard for locomotive operation,to adjust the brake rate of the whole passenger train,and to apply the automatically stopping device for service braking of the locomotive.
