陶瓷型人工全髋关节治疗股骨头缺血性坏死早期临床疗效与分析

Early Clinical Observation and Analysis of Total Ceramic Hip Prosthesis in Treating Avascular Necrosis of the Femoral Head

摘要 目的:研究陶瓷型人工全髋关节置换治疗股骨头缺血性坏死的中短期疗效,以探讨此假体的临床应用价值。方法:对陶瓷-陶瓷非骨水泥型假体23例28髋进行随访,应用Harris评分标准进行功能评价,应用股骨Gruen与髋臼Delee-Charnly分区方法进行影像学评价。结果:Harris评分可见显著性差异;影像学上无明显的假体松动。结论:对于股骨头缺血性坏死患者,新型的陶瓷-陶瓷假体随访2年效果良好,影像学表现无明显松动。 Objective: To study the short and medium-term effect of ceramic hip prosthesis for avascular necrosis of the femoral head(ANFH) in order to investigate its clinical value.Methods: Twenty-three cases(28 hips) of ANFH treated with ceramic hip arthroplasty were followed up.The postoperative functional assessment was evaluated by Harris scale,and imaging assessment was done by Gruen's zonal method for the stem and the zonal classification of Delee-Charnly for the cup implants.Results: Obvious functional improvements were obtained according to Harris scale.Meanwhile,there was no obvious prosthesis loosening based on imaging assessment.Conclusion: Ceramic hip replacement might be a satisfactory treatment for patients with ANFH.
