膝关节前外侧结构损伤及相关问题探讨 被引量:3

Exploration of Anterolateral Structure Injuries of the Knee and Relevant Issues

摘要 目的:对膝关节前外侧结构损伤及相关问题进行探讨。方法:自2001年6月~2006年3月,对8例9膝膝关节前外侧结构损伤患者行手术治疗。结果:本组所有病例均获随访,随访时间6个月~3年。优7例,良2例。本组无刀口感染发生,患膝关节稳定性良好。结论:膝关节前外侧结构损伤、前外侧旋转不稳定及Sègond骨折的受伤机制相似,可表现为相同的组织损伤,引起相似的症状、体征。膝关节前外侧结构损伤及Sègond骨折一旦累及前交叉韧带,错误地采用保守治疗,可导致膝关节前外侧旋转不稳定,临床上应予以重视,避免漏诊、误诊,积极手术治疗。 Objective: To explore anterolateral structure injuries of the knee and relevant issues.Methods: From June 2001 to March 2006,operations were performed on 8 cases(9 knees) with anterolateral structure injuries of the knee.Results: All cases were followed up for 6 months to 3 years.The excellent results were obtained in 7 cases and good results in 2 cases.No infections occurred.The injured knees were stable after operation.Conclusion: The mechanisms of anterolateral structure injuries,anterolateral rotatory instabilities and Sègond fractures are similar,which display identical tissue damage and result in similar symptoms and signs.Once anterior cruciate liament is involved in anterolateral structure injuries of the knee and Sègond fractures,expectant treatments would mistakenly lead to anterolateral rotatory instability.In such cases,enough attention should be paid to avoid missed diagnosis and misdiagnosis,and active operations should thus be performed.
