摘要
介绍了产品开发的现代方法——并行工程。论述了在铁路货车开发过程中应用并行工程的可行性。
In this paper,a modern method for product development—parallel projects—is introduced.The feasibility of applying parallel projects in the process of railway freight car development is demonstrated,and the contents and method of implementation are put forward.
