摘要 目的了解某省艾滋病患者高效联合抗病毒疗法的服药依从性及其相关因素。方法抽取3个县区,以服药的艾滋病患者作为调查对象,分别就服药依从性的各种影响因素进行访谈问卷调查。结果药物副反应、服药督导、随诊的次数与病人停药有关,差异有统计学意义。而年龄、性别、文化程度等与病人停药无关,无统计学意义。结论由于服药依从性的好坏直接影响着病人的治疗效果及对治疗计划的实施,所以在采取有效的抗病毒治疗后,必须提高服药依从性,对改善病人的治疗效果有重要的意义。 Objective To explore the compliance antiretroviral(ARV) drugs and interrelated factors of AIDS patients undertaking highly active antiretroviral therapy(HAART). Methods 3 counties in Henan province were selected. All cases studied had already received antiretroviral therapy (ART). Several indicators through questionnaire were studied including drug side effect, peer education and so on. Results Drug side effect, peer education and the number of follow-up were related with stopping the medicine, there was significant difference. Other factors such as age, sex and education had nothing to do with stopping medicine. Conclusion Compliance seems directly to affect the curative effect and the implementation of therapy schedule should be improved, which has significance on improving the curative effects for patients.
