摘要
采用浸渍法制备了Co/Al2O3、Pt-Co/Al2O3(Pt含量为0.1%(w))等高效低廉的加氢脱氯催化剂,考察了它们在四氯化碳气相催化加氢脱氯反应中的催化性能,通过HCl预处理、金属V掺杂修饰等方法对Pt-Co/Al2O3催化剂活性、稳定性进行了优化。研究发现,HCl预处理、金属V掺杂均可提高Pt-Co/Al2O3在四氯化碳气相催化加氢脱氯反应的稳定性。同时本文采用TPR、TGA表征对催化剂催化性能差异及失活原因进行了分析。
In this paper, a series of Co/Al2O3 catalyst and Pt-Co/Al2O3 catalyst, which only had 0. 1wt% Pt, were prepared by the impregnation method. Their catalytic performance for hydrodechlorination of vapor-phase CTC was investigated. Results show that the catalyst after HC1 pretreatment had really good catalytic activity. Vanadium was helpful to improve the stability of Pt-Co/Al2O3 catalyst in hydrodechlorination of CTC. TPR and TGA were used to discuss what caused the differences of catalytic activity and the de-activation of Pt-Co/Al2O3 catalyst.
