摘要
用不同的萃取方法浓缩分离FCC汽油选择性加氢后油样中的氮化物和酚类,利用色谱、质谱、滴定等分析测量手段对浓缩分离物及油样中含硫化合物进行了定量和定性分析,并对油样的族组成进行了分析。结果表明,油样中以碱性氮化物形式存在的氮含量占总氮量的85%(w),而且碱性氮化物基本上都是苯胺及其烷基衍生物。酚类在油样中的含量仅约0.1%(w),以C1~C3苯酚为主,仅有微量的C0苯酚。油样中的含硫化合物以噻吩类、硫醇和硫醚为主。油样的烃类中,C3、C4分别占0.02%(W),而C5^+占99.96%(w)。
Utilizing different methods of extraction to separate nitride and phenols from FCC gasoline after selective hydrogenation, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of concentrated separator and sulfides were put in practice by chromatogram, mass spectrum and titration methods. The group composition of the gasoline also analysed in this paper. The results showed that 85wt% of total nitride was basic nitride which was in the form of aniline and alkyl aniline. Phenols mainly consisted of C1-C3 phenol and trace of C0 phenol. The sulfide was in the form of thiophene, mercaptan and thioether. The hydrocarbon of the gasoline consisted of 0. 2wt% C3,0. 2wt% C4,and 99.96wt% C5+.
