摘要 采用浸渍法制备了载铜13X分子筛吸附剂,以模拟汽油(C6~C8烷烃+噻吩)为原料,重点考察了预处理条件和再生条件对载铜13X吸附剂脱硫性能的影响。实验确定吸附剂适宜的预处理条件为:在氮气氛围中,500℃下还原3h;适宜的再生条件为:氮气流量40mL/min,再生温度200℃,吹扫4h。在上述条件下,载铜13X吸附剂对含噻吩的模拟汽油的吸附脱硫具有较好的稳定性。 13X loading with cuprous ion of adsorbents were prepared by impregnation method for modeling gasoline (C6-C8 alkane + thiophene) deep desulfurization. The effect of pretreatment and regeneration conditions on the desulfurization performance of 13X loading with cuprous ion of adsorbent were investigated. The suitable conditions were determined experimentally as follows: the pretreatment conditions: reducing time 3h at 500℃ under the nitrogen; and the regeneration conditions: N2 flow rate 40 ml/min, sweeping 4 h at 200℃. Under the conditions above, the adsorbents showed that excellent desulfurizationperformance and fair stability for modeling gasoline.
