摘要
采用复合SO24-/ZrO2-MoO3固体酸催化剂催化合成N-环己基马来酰亚胺,选择了催化剂制备方法,讨论了催化剂用量、原料配比、反应温度对收率的影响。实验表明,以顺丁烯二酸酐与环己烷为初始原料,以复合固体酸作催化剂合成N-环己烷马来酰亚胺,在120℃下反应3 h,产品收率大于86%,纯度为99%,经红外光谱等分析方法确定了产品。
N-cyclohexylmaleimide was synthesized by compound type solid acid SO4 /ZrO2-MoO3 as the catalyst, which was quantificationally selected. The effect to yield by the catalyst, the ratio of raw materials,the temperature and the reaction time were discussed. The yield was 86%,the purify was 99%,the product was confirmed by I. R. spectrum etc.
