摘要
在钻井过程中,加入降失水剂能在井壁上形成低渗透率、柔韧、薄而致密的滤饼,尽可能降低钻井液的滤失量。本实验采用丙烯酰胺(AM)、阳离子单体HMC-1与磺甲基丙烯酰胺(SMAM)三元共聚得到一种两性离子钻井液用降失水剂。室内评价结果表明,该降失水剂能够降低钻井液的失水量,且能够改善钻井液的流变性,降低钻井液的稠度,具有良好的抗盐、抗钙能力。
In the drilling process, the invasion of the drilling fluids filtrate will cause the mud stone and shale hydrating and expansiving, the worse is unstable of the borehole and many complex conditions in the well, also cause damage to the oil-gas layer when drilling the producing. The purpose of adding filtration control agent is formatting low permeability, flexibility and dense filter cake to reduce the filtration loss. In this paper, a filtration control agent is synthesized u-sing AM,HMC-1 and SMAM. The results show it can reduce the filtration loss of the mud, improve the flowed denaturation of the mud, and reduce the consistency of the mud, and have good ability of toleration salt and calcium.
